ICE & GREEN on tap for this weekends Events!

Racers, this weekend starts off slick and cold and we have Ice Racing TONIGHT at the Memorial Coliseum!  Bikes, Quads, and Karts will be the feature headline at tonights event, which will be running again tomorrow night up in Kent, WA.

Rocket Ronnie Cox the 2006 Speedway Ice champ will be attendance at tonight’s event along with Scot McDowell, both are very exciting drivers to watch in action on the dirt, so on the Ice they should be absolutely amazing to watch!  Never been? Neither have I, and I plan to go up and check out the action at the Memorial Coliseum.  Race action will get underway promptly at 7:30pm and tickets are sold I believe at Fastixx and where ever Memorial Coliseum tickets are sold.  Stop by www.icespeedway .com for more details.

After some  shaved Ice and popcorn on Friday night you can slide your way up to Monroe, WA on Sunday to watch some awesome asphalt Sprint Kart Racing action at the HOLIDAY PRO KART EVENT at the EVERGREEN SPEEDWAY.  Hosted by the NW Karting association and Region 6 Sprint coordinator Bill Hettick, a lot of GREEN is going to be given away as event sponsors Ricks Chevron and Security Imaging both of Seattle have made a $600.00 purse that will be up for grabs for the competitors!  Stop by and see some of the top NW Kart racing teams do battle for the GREEN on the road course at the EVERGREEN SPEEDWAY! Most all current ROTAX and IKF Gold Cup classes will be on the venue (dependent upon entries) with an ALL DAY practice on Saturday!

For more information for exact times, classes, etc.  check out the NW Karting Association website at
